When you pledge to give a day’s income each month, you become part of a monthly rhythm—shared with others around the world—designed to support practice, purpose, and connection.
Join a short online dedication at 7am (UK time) to begin your Dharma Workday.
Set your intention, meditate with others, and offer your work for the benefit of all beings.

Go to your usual job—but relate to it differently.
This isn’t a retreat day. You go to work as normal. But you bring a different mind: patience, kindness, generosity, awareness.
Return for a short reflection and discussion at 7pm (UK time).
Share how the day went, hear others’ insights, and explore what it means to live the Dharma at work.
Our Dharma Workdays happen once a month, on the nearest weekday to the full moon. 🌝
